Work Computer Keeps Freezing

My work computer keeps freezing when I'm on the internet. I have tried deleting old files that are no longer needed. Thought it might be clogged up with alot of stuff, but this hasn't helped. We run our own business, so don't want to take it to the computer man unless absolutely necessary. Its called a Thinkcentre. Any help gratefully recieved

Have you tried clearing your cache?

Every web site you visit your PC remembers it so it loads faster next time.

Google "how to clear my Cache using Windows (whatever version you have).

What Operating System (Windows 7, or whatever).? What Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or whatever).? Make and model of Computer.?

What sort of websites do you visit? Disable flash unless absolutely necessary. That can slow down websites and can be a security issue. I'd install a good ad-blocker and add answerbank to it's "white list".
