One of the reasons why Trump was voted in, albeit by a minority of America voters, is that he promised to do something about American jobs.

But now, he is deliberately causing future problems for Boeing, by cancelling an order !

YMB....there is no relation to UKIPs inability to get enough MPs, and Trump victory in the US election. No connection whatsoever.

If UKIP wants more representation, then they should campaign for a change from FPTP to PR.

If the Electoral College for each State voted for candidates, in the same way as the inhabitants of thee State did, then there wouldn't be a problem
( or any reason for the EC to exist )

But that is not how the EC works....it deliberately votes against the wishes of the electorate. If we had an EC here in Britain, then it could decide that Labour had won in 2015, or that the Tories had won in 1997, and that would be plain wrong.

you really should look up (goggle)the US presidential aircraft (airforce one)it's not a boys toy, if there were to be an imminent nuclear threat that aircraft would be in the air with the president and his "people"commanding the military forces that's what it is , flying command post.
also most of the cost of that aircraft is taken up by the electronics
So in this day and age we cant fit the electronics into a much smaller plane - carrying a press corps around with you doesnt really fit my idea of a necessity
