Afraid I can't agree Theland, of course, we all have our own ideas on religion, but I'm sure you'll agree that the God of the old and new testament is supposed to be the same God, my problem with this, is that the God of the Old Testament, (Torah), was an unforgiving god, wasn't averse the occasional killing, (flood, Sodom & Gomorah etc) Punished those that strayed.

In the New Testament, God became a Forgiving God, Peaceful God, all the things that he wasn't in the Old Testament.

Won't even mention Allah, which again, is supposed to be the same God.

Please allow me to explain.

I pointed out that I have no time for high-handed condescending religious messaging because I am an atheist.

That means I can't be bothered, not I suffer from attention-deficit disorder.

The day has not yet dawned where I need Naomi, or indeed anyone else, to listen to something for me, and explain it to me because I am 'afflicted'.

I hope that clears up any confusion between being unwilling to waste time on something, and being so bereft of intelligence that I need it interpreted for me.
