Commercial Contract
Hello dear all,
EU competition law consistently with UK competition law. There should consider the issue in the relation of distribution agreement. Art 101(1) TFEU would be used to prohibit the anti-competitive business in the UK. Therefore there have a number of way to avoid the prohibition in Art 101(1).
1. De Minimis
2. SME
3. Block exemption
4. Art 101(3)
In fact, Pouh is a supplier who want to appoint a distributor to distribute his firework in the UK. He met Dave who is a distributor in the UK for firework in France and German.
In the term, Dave would like to distribute Pouh's Italian firework. He would be an exclusive distributor for Pouh's firework, but Pouh could also sell his products by his own.
In this situation, what the advise that I give to Pouh? Can someone help me to solve this issue? thank you!

Sorry Clara, best I can suggest is that you get down to your university library and start with Art 101.
I assume you have access to online stuff too? Some of the online resources are quite good - if you stick in some of your keywords above you may find ways round them.
However, if you want someone to answer your question on here, nice try ;)

Hi Clara
Barmaid is a chancery QC and so when you get to your eqity course in your third year -she will be a boon
yes I am pretty sure I know the course you are doing
up stream from Manch by about 30 mi
I didnt do very well in this part of the course
altho I bought the texts
Honestly as with the Land Law questions from last year
you will have had lectures on this
and first of all you need to re read your course notes
and look up the cases mentioned
any time of the day - I think you are on Lexis arent you ?
I cant think of one case which is relevant
sorry but good luck
and no to anyone reading
this isnt a spoof
but is an EU law question from a northwest law course
