Jumping Cursor When Typing ?

For months now I have been plagued with a jumping cursor when typing on my laptop. I would be happily typing away and when I checked the screen it was all a load of gobbledegook !
It got so bad that I was on the point of getting rid of the thing and then a friend recommended a download called TouchFreeze and it cured the problem insantly. It is free and takes only a few seconds to download. I've tried to copy and paste the link but I'm not clever enough, but a quick google of TouchFreeze will find it.

Thought I'd pass it on to fellow sufferers.

Another answer is to buy a wireless mouse & disconnect the laptop touchpad in control panel.
