Let's say TWR is talking about the public at large and no Answerbank.

Whilst her citizens were being murdered by a terrorist in Berlin, Angela Merkel was busy telling other citizens that more diversity was needed and that she would stick with her plan.

Do they listen?
Obviously Angela doesn't.

I'm not convinced that much on Answerbank is actually worth reading on its own merits in some sense -- still, it wouldn't hurt in principle for the powers that be to spend some time reading it if it helps them to understand better the views of the people they represent.
