Male Anorexia

Does anyone know of a good reference book that covers male anorexia in detail? Also any other books that cover eating disorders in men? The only book I can find is My Life as a Male Anorexic by Michael Krasnow. Thanks in advance.

''Boys get anorexia too'' is a wonderful book although I am not sure if it what you are after. It is a useful book about dealing with male anorexia and I think you would find it helpful.I am female and I have suffered from anorexia.It is an awful thing but I found lots of books with information in.It is a shame that male anorexia is not as well publicised.
