wrist roller

Does anyone know of where i could purchase a wrist roller in the uk. Its a piece of equipment used for strengthening wrists and forearms. Its basically a bar with a length of cord attached to it and a metal holding pin attached to the cord. The bar is twisted in order to higher or lower the cord which can have your own choice of weight held in place by the holding pin. I think that makes sense, if you know what im going on about could you help me out
