Argos Customer Service

Just experienced some very poor customer service from Argos. Fortunately I managed to get it sorted, but not without having a rant to someone on their customer service online chat system. It was appalling! I am sufficiently vexed by it all to want to write to their top bod, but can't find anything to identify these people on their website. Does anyone have an idea how I can find out the names of their MD/CEO/Head of Sales/Marketing? Cheers, Chox.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.they do have a dedicated customer complaints manager as I had trouble with a tv out of 12 month warranty but as these things are supposed to last longer that was immaterial, they have something there called 6 year rule for such items..can't recall woman's name but she was helpful and I did get a full refund...contact head office and ask

Thanks folks, of course I did know that Argos is now under the umbrella of Sainsburys, but it didn't occur to me that I could find their Board personnel on the Sainsburys website. Found them very quickly thanks to you. The annoyance is going away, but I think I will write anyway, just to get my frustration off my chest.
