Hi anyone give me a rough idea how much monies i would get with 3 chidren, me and a partner not working . (No stupid answeres like geta job as i work full time thankyou).ie child benefit, family tax credit, jsa,income support. childs ages are 13, 3, 5 months old. Thanks for comments.

If you look on http://www.entitledto.co.uk/ that should give you a rough idea of what you are entitled to, you could always ask at your local citizens advice as they should be able to help!

you can apply online for tax credits on http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/ as well.


Oh and once you apply for child benefit you should receive the Child trust fund voucher for your youngest child.
If you work full time you are not eligible for Income Support or the income based component of Jobseekers Allowance. Your partner may qualify for the contribution based component of Jobseekers Allowance in his own right depending on his circumstances - has he recently finished work? If so and he has paid enough NI contributions in the last two tax years he may qualify (it is around �57 a week I think) I would assume you are already receiving child benefit for your kids, your best bet is to apply for child tax credit.
