Monitor flicking between normal and hues of pink/purple

Hi all.


I am having a problem. Have a reasonably (3m) new 19" Yusmart Flat Screen Monitor and a new PC (GeForce 6600 GT Gfx card)


Just recently, the screen keep flicking between normal and then normal, but with different hues of pink/purple. There are no magnets, phones, charges etc near it.


Any ideas greatly appreciated!!!

Its most likely to be either the connection between the cable and the GFX card, or the cable itself, wiggle it around and makesure your GFX card is in properly, this is not going to be a monitor problem, 99% sure its a cable problem.
