:-( xxx (((HUGS)))

Always sad to lose a m8, condolences.
I didn't realise they lived that long. They can be a bit vicious and seem to love biting.

Was she an only child or do you have others? I m sure she will be enjoying herself in Hamster heaven.

Their teeth are like needles I know.

hi wolf only one she was our 6th hamster ...mrs c doesnt want any more she gets too attached to them so that was our final one.
I do hope she changes her mind Bernie. Sorry hammies' gone x
My brother's eldest had a hamster that expired. My brother made a little coffin and when the kids came home from school he told them of the bereavement. He was worried at how they would react.

Kids are odd animals - the three kids were slightly upset but brother was crying during the ceremony.

I hope that you and Mrs C find another furry or feathery companion.

Aww always sad. We have 3 hamsters buried in our garden. Most of the time they make boring pets but every so often they reward you with the funniest antics. We handled all ours from a young age so not really a problem, used to let them run around the sofa, easy to pick up. They rarely live beyond 2 years so yours had a good innings.
