its from the rocky 1 soundtrack but i dont know the composer ,it may be bill conti but any search on a file sharer should come up with it

thanks Starman, unfortunately this is not the one, its previous to that one, where they carry an old man during a run. i think it may be composed just for the commercial i will keep up the quest.
