Just been in my local bank. Wanted £100 cash from counter, £80 in notes & a bag of £1 coins. They didn't have coins so I walked out & phoned complaints dept when I got home. The answer I got was they don't stock any coins!? I said but you are a bank for gods sake & where else can I get them from & they said have I tried the BOOKIES!!!!!!

Thats not true I'm not a business customer and in the summer go in regularly and get coins. I have more trouble trying to give them coins back. They have to be in correct bags all counted out etc or they will not accept them.
