Depends on several factors:

how bad is your asthma?
will your GP prescribe the relevant medication for the nebuliser?
does the usual inhalers not work for you?
I dont think you can buy one as my grandchildren have all got asthma and at times have been rushed into hospital to be put on one.... We was thinking of getting on but was told we wouldnt be allowed to... x
You can buy them... my doctor said I could for my son, but that he didn't think it was necessary.

Boots sell them ...
It depends on severity of attacks and how often you have them. Have you been hospitalised and needed one before. I would suggest you need to discuss with your GP.
Have you been using a spacer?
