What Is Wombling Please?

Hello can anyone explain what wombling is please? i know it is something to do with shopping receipts and Asda does it. Thanks in advance

That's a really interesting article, Chris.......had no idea about wombling at all......I like the idea that it's clearing some litter too....

That chap makes a couple of thousand a year wombling.....but sitting in a store car park for seven hours a day!
Maybe he doesn't like his wife and has a good book.......☺
