No, valerieb1254, by 2:10 the hour hand will have moved on slightly.

The minute hand moves 6 degrees per minute (360/5)
the hour hand moves 0.5 degrees per minute (30/60)
The minute hand is catching up at 5.5 degrees per minute and is starting 60 degrees behind the hour hand.

60/5.5 = 10 minutes, 54 seconds and 6/11 of a second

Time will therefore be 2:10:54.54545454545454 . . .
