Take no notice of it, smurf. Delete it immediately. If it's in your spam folder, it's obviously no good. I haven't had this kind of thing in my email, but that's what I'd do if it showed up. Some companies set their computers to automatically generate email addresses, as well as phone numbers, and that's probably how that spam got into your computer.
