Renting a Flat - PAT testing?

Hello guys,


both my partner and I are about to rent our flat out. The letting agency we are going with say we need a PAT (portable appliance Testing) test on all electrical appliances but a friend who is a landlord also said this is not true.

The letting agent is correct.
