I don't think you 'get it'. The German BMW company for example, is building a plant in Mexico in order to use cheap labour to manufacture and then export its luxury cars into the US under the North American Free Trade Agreement, unfairly undercutting the price of American manufactured cars and putting many car workers out of work in Detroit.
Only a fool would find this acceptable, and Trump is no fool and has the cojones to do something about it. Power to his elbow.
