Didnt know where to post this but thought CB as good a place as any.

At the start of this month I rang NPower to set up a DD payment plan.
I agreed to pay £76 a month which would go down to £54 a month after a year (the difference between the 2 amounts is to pay of my last bill).

I then get a confirmation letter stating that Ive agreed to pay £86 per month going down to £64 after a year. I rang them to ask why they were charging me diferent than I agreed and it again put back to the original quote

I then get another letter saying that they were going to take £90 per month DD. Back on the phone it was put back to £76

I get another letter telling me that Id agreed to pay £96 per month. Back on the phone and the guy I spoke to AGAIN reduced it to £76 AND filled a complaint form. Ive now had an email informing me that I'd agreed to pay£102 per month.

Can anyone help me sort this mess? I just want to pay my bills but dont know what the hell is going on with NPower quoting me one thing and then continually billing me for more each time.

Got to go out now but will pick up any replies later.
Thanks guys.

I would suggest you do it another way. Go on the uSwitch site and input the details they ask for, choose a new tariff from those offered and ask them to switch you. Npower will then have to supply a balance figure which you can pay when you are satisfied they have got it correct.
