If i exchange a coat for bigger size - small to medium, I know that chest size will be bigger by an inch or two, but would the rest of the dimensions of the coat increase ? i.e length & sleeve ?

usually yes, unless there is any indication that the smaller size has been reshaped for a smaller person. In lady’s clothing, this is often indicated by the word “petite"

Hmm..i see, well thats not good then lol Im only looking for the coat to be bigger in chest size so i can button up comfortably.
