Age spots - vitamins that help?

I'm sure I read that if you took a certain vitamin or herb, it could stop the development of age spots. Is this true, and if it is, what was the vitamin. bizzylizzy

Of course, I've no idea whether the ideas expressed there are 'true', as you put it. Doing a Google search with "age spots"+herbal - written exactly like that - in the slot will produce thousands more such sites.
