Firstly how do i change my default mail format between rich text,normal text or HTML also when i atatch a document it appears on the page how can i make it apear on the toolbar underneath subject?

In Outlook it's Tools>Options>Mail Format to adjust the format. Not sure how to do the other thing (if you can).
