Feeling A Bit Out Of Sorts Today....
6 Answers
Last night when I dreamed, it was through the eyes of someone else. This has never happened to me before. I am a female but in the dream I was a man. I had played around on my partner and she was leaving me taking our little son with her. The part I remember the most is when I was sat at the top of the stairs and she was at the bottom with our son. She was leaving and I asked him for a cuddle before they left. He came up the stairs and I hugged him and cried my heart out. I woke up crying and now all day long I feel rubbish. I hate it when my dreams make me wake up feeling crappy (Ive had crying dreams before but usually because someone I love has died). My question is whether anyone else has ever dreamed through the eyes of someone else?

I was behind one of the statues in a recess. It slowly dawned on me that I was witnessing my own funeral. I woke up crying. Only time that has happened to me and I remembered to this day how awful it was Flossy.
Hi flossy
Dreams can be a weird, funny, happy, sad and sometimes disturbing experience, depending on your state of mind/ health at the time.
I've had some truly weird dreams eg: where I'm a child with my sisters and caught by a witch and stirred in a cauldron to prepare for her dinner, the witch turning out to be my private school headmistress in Streatham South London, who looked like that witch in The Wizard of Oz!
Or I'm a Indiana Jones style hero, got the girl, and saving the world.....again.
Some say its the thing you're bothered about or think of on the day, that controls what you dream....
I wouldn't let it worry you at all, and try to relax before you go to bed, and think of something pleasant in your life that may have happened or simply animals in a field, yourself in a spa for a day, a nice trip to the hairdresser's ( as long as Edward Scissorhands isn't in it, you should be fine )
Good luck, flossy and please don't let it worry you. x
