Hi guys, is there anyway I can make the below screws weather proof? I want to drill them into concrete, and then attach wooden posts to them to support some bamboo screening. I'm just worried what will happen if the rain gets to them though, I was thinking about surrounding them with filler or no more nails (for outside use) to act as a kind of barrier

I agree that they would last for many years, but stainless steel would be better. Even better would be to use "Fischer through-bolts" ........... http://www.screwfix.com/p/fischer-fxa-throughbolts-m10-x-86mm-50-pack/48958 You can get smaller packs.

They'll be fine as far as weather goes but they're only 75mm overall.
By the time they're fixed to the wall you won't have much left to secure your wood to.
They will be fine for years to come but a bit of hammerite will also help them from rusting.
Ratter....I have used stainless steel screws for jobs like that over the years.

Thank you so much for all your answers, especially you the builder, I looked all over their website trying to find something like this, but couldn't. Think I will go for them as they look much more stronger and will last longer
