When I get a survey to complete when I have spoke to customer services it sometimes asks you on a scale of 1-5 to answer back but everytime it fails to send it.
I can text person to person no prob.

It could possibly be that the customer services company have set up the number, to which you're replying to, incorrectly.
If a number is not active, it will come back as "failed".
I got this the other day when I was trying to text someone. I didn't know that they'd changed their number and every time I sent the text, it kept coming back as "failed".
