Don't be so crude as to just cut and paste one, read a lot of them, note down the bits that seem appropriate, try and put them together (the examples there will give you some idea of structuring a speech.)
And SPEAK UP.

Made two speeches my self so have an idea .You won't get inspiration from a book . If you used a written book on the subject chances are guest will have heard them before and you loose out on a chance to make your daughter's wedding individual and special to her. Just make some small notes to remind you of a story or a special memory .Long winded and a read out speech don't work you have to be very careful when writing out such a speech that you write it as you would do every day talk or you will stumble and stop a lot of time to see where you are .Long winded answer but it would be my advice
Do make it all about your daughter.....and please don't dwell on her academic achievements......seriously - one father did a whole speech about the brides academic ability starting with the age she started to read, through her 11 plus pass and on to Olevel and A level results and further education results...it was so sad...not one second about happiness at her birth , eating mud and that kind of thing which makes the speech so loving. I felt so sorry for her and stil do years later ....
