Last August I booked flight (MH2) from Kuala Lumpur to Heathrow departing at 23.15 on Sunday 23 April 2017. Just checking the flight schedules I now see there is no flight MH2 for that Sunday (though there are for Sundays either side). To confuse matters even more, when I clicked on the 'would you like to upgrade' button, I was given the option to upgrade on the flight I'd booked! I've fired off an email to Malaysia Airlines but I've had such terrible reports of their customer service that I'll not hold my breath. I may try ringing their call centre, but the service is also pretty dire I'm advised.

On reflection, I'm not sure why I'm posting this as it's down to me to resolve the issue. Just hope I can resolve this before I depart for the airport! Still, it whiled away a few minutes.

Where have you been 'checking the flight schedules'?

I've just taken a look at the Malaysia Airlines website and this is what I'm seeing:

Thanks guys. It was Malaysian Airlines own website - but not the link you've provided Buenchico. Hmmm. I've just tried Expedia and the flight is showing there! I'll keep you posted.
I've also whiled away a few minutes on Malaysian Airlines website and same as Buenchico I can see flight MH2 2315hrs available on 23 April quite clearly.

Panic over! I've just gone back on the Malaysian Airlines website and like you both I can now see my flight. But - I can assure you that it wasn't there earlier in the day! Sorry to trouble you all, but at least it gave me the opportunity to try out the new site. Seems OK to me.
I agree, it looks very different but it still works!
It may be a code share flight, ie 2 companies using the same plane with their own codes but only 1 will show.
