Trade between the UK and Europe will continue of necessity (although not on the same terms) after exit. And leaving the Customs Union should be an obvious advantage in some respects to UK consumers. Given the tariff barriers (100% in some cases) poorer consumers may do rather better, even though BMW buyers may be somewhat poorer for the new deal.
