Does anyone know if it is possible to get compensation if your is afraid to attend school through fear of being bullied as a result of previous occasions?

There is little legislation that will help you in this claim, my only answer I can give is to gather photographic evidence, or psychiatric notation (for mental or physical bullying) and claim for battery or another offence against the person crime. There may also be a few cases passing through the magistrates courts, which if sucessfull, would support your claim.
