bar work in oz

im looking to go travelling to australia in janurary and will try to find some bar work but ive heard you need a RSA or a rda or something like a certificate to work with drinks, is this correct and if so how to i obatin one?

first of all you need a visa to work in oz,make sure you have a job before you go down or hae plenty of money its not free and easy as very body thinks ,on the west coast in perth the people are friendly but the rest forget about it
