All the time, Ed......quizzes......that usually sends me to sleep. Love the detective and murder offerings.....even some of the very old ones. Couldn't stay married to Paul Temple though......☺
Simon Brett writes some good stuff.
A History of the World in 100 Objects is really interesting.
I'm following Julia Enfield Investigates just now....well I'm following lots as I spend so much time in my work room......the view and the radio is bliss.
I don't like comedy with an audience though....that irritates.....x

I listen to a lot of classic British radio comedy. (The Navy Lark, Round the Horne, Men from the Ministry, etc)
This is probably my favourite station:
http:// www.aba cus.fm/ british -comedy .html
(They don't publish a schedule but regulars listens get toknow when their favourite programs will be on)
ROK has two British comedy channels. Schedules here
http:// rokradi o.com/p rogram- schedul e-briti sh-come dy-chan nel/
and here
http:// rokradi o.com/b ritish- comedy- radio/
There's also some comedy content on their Old Time Gold channel:

24-hour Goon Shows can be found here

RadioEchoes is a site hosting MP3 files, which can be either streamed or downloaded, of a vast number of old radio programmes. Many are American but for example, there are 247 episodes of The Navy Lark and 153 episodes of The Men From The Ministry there amongst the British content

The Old Time Radio Researchers Library is similar but with less British content (and without the ability to stream programs - you have to download the MP3 files and then play them):

For those who like internet stuff which intersects with culture, you might be interested in "Reply All"
And an older sister podcast to the above, "Mystery Show" - which was cancelled for some reason. This episode is particularly moving: https:/ /gimlet media.c om/epis ode/cas e-3-bel t-buckl e/
"Radiolab" is also very well put together and wanders through some very interesting ideas, such as the town of Seneca, Nebraska, which voted to dissolve itself: http:// www.rad iolab.o rg/stor y/senec a-nebra ska/
