you mean like the tight rules that control the paparazzi?

I don't see that there will be any such single thing
there is (are) the photographic society who are more exhibition organisers

and then the same laws that cover all business
as well as copywrite

mostly they are one-man-bands - and so follow the whatever it takes rule

not paparazzi no, more if there's anyone that regulates a standard code of practice for photography studios and the like, i'm having some issues - i can't find anything anywhere! sorry for being so vague, its going legal so i can't divulge any further :(
