Mikey also misses the point that, had Mrs May decided not to contest Stoke Central, UKIP would have won easily. Had UKIP not fielded a candidate The Conservatives would have won. Tactics Mikey we prefer a weak and ineffectual Labour puppet to sit there not a UKIP MP with a tub to thump.
Togo....there is no evidence for what you say.

You have no idea who the UKIP voters would have voted for, if UKIP had not been on the ballot papers. 124 votes went to the BNP, so I suppose they could be counted for the Tories.
