Tried it last year with two of my friends - we got it off the shopping channel. Sadly not one of the three of us managed to lose weight at all. We didn't feel it made us less hungry, and felt no different for taking it. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news for you - hopefully someone else may post on here with a success story. Doll x
