However, that material makes it perfectly plain that Orcadians have no desire for independence from the rest of Scotland by making their "exit" therefrom.
In other words, the content has nothing whatsoever to do with REAL news, which makes it FAKE news. As regards "who from", the answer is obviously the OP! Who else?

They voted to remain in the EU and don't want to be outwith Scotland. If there are any cards, they are blank. Other than that, it's a valid question...
