Has anyone bought something from Tall and All.com? I ordered trousers almost 2 months ago and I havn't recieved them, but the money has been taken off my card. I sent an email which hasnt been replied to and when I phoned I just got an answer machine. Im starting to doubt whether they are a proper company and wondered if anyone can tell me if they are?

you could speak to your local dti to see if they have received any complaints against them.  they might refer you to one of their offices local to the company.

also, speak to your local CAB

I've used them a few times, never had an order go missing, but sometimes they come a little late. Best thing is to give them a ring during the day, they do normally answer. It might also be worth checking with your post office too, just in case, because they send by recorded mail.
