Disappearing Questions!

Is there any reason that a question I posted should disappear? I asked a question about free ad blockers in the Computer section of Technology the other evening and I got a quick response. However I am unable to find the post anywhere, not in the Computer section nor under my profile! Have I committed a faux pas??
