It doesn't say if he will be allowed to stay after his 4 months term in jail?
But then thinking about it, we are still in the EU aren't we, perhaps PM May will use him as one of her negotiating tools?

/// There's nearly a million and half people employed by the NHS AOG ... how many of those do you think have the same mindset as this bloke? ///
Who really knows? Perhaps none or more than one but less that 10 say.
The whole point being that when one dares to discuss the faults in certain minorities, instead of entering into a proper debate at some of the problems, we are fed time and time again with such excuses as "we have such criminals ourselves" or the complete obvious "they are not all the same." or in this case "What would our NHS do without these valuable immigrants?
All perfectly valid and reasonable answers of course, but why is one called such names as a racist, a Xenophobic or in this case a bigot, when one dares to point out examples where there are some who fall very short of the acceptable standard of immigrant?

I agree that many posters default reply is to totally ignore the OP.
(I don't see how you have a strong point with your OP here though)
An attempt will often be made to make out the OP poster is racist or xenophobic or bigoted ... meanwhile the problems carry on.
I'm not sure if the nice people think that if you ignore a problem it will go away.

AOG - //but why is one called such names as a racist, a Xenophobic or in this case a bigot, when one dares to point out examples where there are some who fall very short of the acceptable standard of immigrant? //
I would never call anyone a racist or a bigot if that was their observation - but more often is the notion that people like this man behave the way they do BECAUSE they are immigrants, and that is racist.

/// No I am asking you, everypost about immigrants you give the impression that immigrants working in the NHS is a new
thing. ///
Perhaps you should question your own 'impressions' regarding me, because I am very certain I have never gave that impression or even made such a suggestion.
It is all in your own 'trouble making mind', so go away and pick on someone else.

don't think his residency status is material..he was convicted of some terrible things and will pay the price as he will be unable to practise medicine in this country...he may well leave of his own volution...he served his time on remand and will be treated the same as any ex offender , however distasteful that may seem...I doubt the authorities will lose him under the radar though..he will probably be considered a person of interest...
I make no apology for adding one more learned asylum seeker we have taken to our bosom.
