How Transfer Music To Smart Phone?

How does one transfer music from a P/C to a LG 4G Smart phone? Is a special plug needed? Puzzled. Thanks.

well, what is a data lead. not heard of that!

A lead you plug into the data socket on your handset and into the PC, usually a USB plug.

Thanks everybody. I went on YouTube and discovered that there is a free App called doubleTwist. You open a folder on your screen, then plonk the music files in it, then tell doubleTwist to move them to your mobile phone via the charger(stuck into the phone) to USB (stuck into the back of the P/C). Yet to do it!

You don't need Double Twist. Connect your charge cable (which is also the data cable) to the phone and pc and transfer the files as you would do with any other drive/device
