In honour of the new addition to our family, I'm doing a proper cooked dinner comprising leg of pork with crackling, roasties, parsnips, sausagemeat, plum & ginger stuffing, carrots, peas, kalettes, broccoli, spouts & chestnuts and creamed spinach, with lashings of gravy.

What are my fellow foodies cooking today?

Bit late, but..... Our singing group was performing tonight so I prepared a cottage pie which only needed reheating and browning and served with peas. Still a bit full!
