i recently wen to Virgin and have been having trouble with my landline - it's finally been sorted but the engineer said it was because i have a 10 digit number rather than 11. their system tried to insert an extra number making my number wrong. The engineer aid it was unusual to have a 10 digit number.
Is that true? Do you have 10 or 11? How many areas of the country have 10? Do any areas have more than 11 or fewer than 10?
