Problem With Keyboard Behaviour....?

on my laptop, whenever i zoom in to a picture on facebook - using the shortcut - i cannot zoom out again ... the shortcut just lightens the screen instead!

so i have to manually go through the menu one at a time to zoom out.

it is set to british english

any ideas of why? and is there another shortcut i can use?

nevermind ive solved it!

its been doing this for about a year and when i finally decide to solve it, i realise it might be to do with having Dimscreen installed - it was, it was set to use that as a hotkey to i removed that option and its fine now lol
