Just changed a light switch a two way two gang everything working one small problem is when I switch on the light one spot light comes on then a slight pause and the other will come on this did not happen before so it's got to be something I have or have not done. has anyone got an answer to problem. thanks

I'm assuming that the two lights are on the same gang, lilly. If so, then I can only think that there's a loose connection either in the switch (doesn't seem likely since one light comes on instantly), or in one of the lights.
Try making the connections in the switch again.
