don't cry much these days, but there are songs that make me wistful.
The Lark Ascending is one, by Ralph Vaughn Williams, an inspirational piece.
Kevin Rudolf Great Escape always has me howling.

It often depends on the cause or person that has brought my sadness about.

Samuel Barber's Adagio is one that both uplifts and allows the tears to flow.

sudduv starts jolly and gets sadder
My autism means that I don't really have big highs or lows of emotion.

However if I'm feeling a bit tense this is a great stress-buster
. . . a bit of rock & roll helps to energise me
. . . and this is guaranteed to bring a smile to my face ;-)

I can't see the point in listening to sad songs if you feel sad because that just makes you feel worse, no?
Sometimes you just need to wallow though, quietly by yourself.

I don't do wallowing. Shout To The Top by the Style Council is quite good to say "*** you" to the rest of the world though

if you gonna wallow then do it with a decent claret
