This television programme makes me laugh … so just a bit of nonsense for a leisurely Sunday.

It appears to be a "reality show", so no. Well not unless the appearance fee was extremely high.

I also love it...it's inoffensive,feel good telly. Not a "reality show" of the sleazy sort.
Not sure I'd take part. I think you need to be confident and quite comfortable in front of the camera. I'd worry about coming across as something I'm not.

There have been quite a few success stories from the prog. But no, I wouldn't go on myself.

I have never watched it, but no I wouldn't go on it. I read that Blind Date is coming back with Paul O'grady.

It is marval. I'll give it a go because I love Paul O'Grady, but not sure it will be on a par with First Dates.

Samuraisan, Thank you for your kind words. As for the series, personally I think some of the ‘dates’ would be more suited to ‘The Undateables’, but it’s a bit of fun.
