Who / Or What Has Caused Fly Tipping

You have seen the reports in different sections of the TV / Media, what, & who has cause this problem?

Some Irish guys worked their way round the area where I live doing the gutters and white plastic eaves on dozens of houses. When they departed they left ALL of the detritus plus other unpleasant stuff - a mountain of it, in a nearby meadow. The Council had to clear it all up.

It must be said that it is the Local council at fault as Dave has said, it's not the EU that picks up the cost but the likes of us, it should go back to the days when you go to the recycle centre, place whatever you have in the skips, people that have rubble to move and call in a White Man Van should take their reg/ their contact number, leave some sort of Id within the rubble that, if found could be traced to the person that dump the rubbish.

no I would say councils are now failing to collect stuff people pay their rates to get taken away...
and then stuffing fliers into our letter boxes telling us what a fantastic job they are doing now

effing councils - flytipping in the lanes around here and trash generally is awful. I have written to Sarah Newton MP about why don't they offer the unemployed the chance to form clearance gangs and pay them some extra earnings for, say, working 15 to 25 hours a week on keeping our hedges clean.....and we are a bloody tourist area, after all. The payment would be on top of their basic rate and at least gives them the potential to earn some extra and have something to do. But oh no, we run into the interface of Government (DSS and WP) against the Council....well, take some leadership, Woman - and think of all those German, Dutch, Yank and Jap tourists that we get and want to come back....
