We both decided to give it a go today. Had a supplement with the paper that gave some interesting recipes. So today we had:-
Breakfast. Half a bread roll with a slice of ham, poached egg and a sauce made from natural yoghurt, Dijon mustard and lemon juice.
Lunch was prawn open sandwich with toasted wholemeal bread spread with mixture of prawns, tartare sauce, lemon juice and a few lettuce leaves.
Dinner was pizza on tortilla, topped with blended tinned tomatoes ( I added a bit of chilli sauce to it), sliced red peppers, chopped red onion, artichoke hearts in water, sliced olives, sliced ham and grated cheese.
All these meal were delicious and only came to 705 calories for the day.
I do not feel hungry at all. So we will carry on and see how we do.
