Should Alleged Victims Of Rape Be Allowed To Trestify Via Pre-Recorded Video?
Is Sarah Vine correct that this is worrying?

If a man is accused of rape, personally I think it is absolutely correct that the person doing the accusing should be cross-examined live, but with strong direction from the judge to the defence barrister concerning the tone of the examination.
Allowing a recording is prejudicial to the accused.

divebuddy - //Andy. As far as I can see you are regularly guilty of the crime you so often attribute to others. You read into things something (that isn't there) solely so you can take offence to it.
No reasonable person would interpret my 8:56 post as "inferring" that feminists are necessarily "man haters". //
If you read my post, you will see that I was interpreting your post - possibly incorrectly, and I was very careful not to attribute to you anything which you did not say, and to point out that this was my perception of what you said.
If I was in error, then fair enough.

divebuddy - //Andy. You could easily avoid such misunderstandings (on your part) by asking people to clarify something (if you unsure what they mean)rather than just making things up. //
I take your point, but I don't think interpreting something is the same as 'making things up'.
As for the actions or reactions of other AB'ers, I can hardly be held responsible for those can I!
